9:00am Start

        * This is a new out and back event which runs along the River Wye with a short section on a quiet country lane before looping back along the river to the finish. The route is predominately flat with one or two slight inclines.

       * This is a predominately off road course so depending upon weather conditions trail shoes may be advisable.

       * All abilities welcome

        * Bespoke Medal for all finishers

        * Refreshments at the end

        * Parking throughout the city

        * Plenty of cafes, restaurants and accommodation nearby.

       * Based within Hereford with good transport links including train and bus station
